Posted by Brantford police are investigating a serious assault that took place Tuesday afternoon.
At about 4 p.m. near Kennedy Street and Sydenham Street, an adult male suffered serious injuries.
Police have been able to verify that the victim and the alleged perpetrator are known to each other.
Investigators say that at this time there is no threat to public safety.
