The Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a stolen vehicle on Highway 403 Tuesday evening.
Police located a stolen flat-bed trailer, which was being pulled by a grey 2019 Ram pickup truck at 6:46 p.m.
Officers attempted to stop the vehicle which exited the highway into Brantford and fled the area.
The same vehicle was later involved in a collision with a second vehicle on Highway 403. The suspect left the stolen vehicle, forced their way into the vehicle they crashed into, and fled the scene. The second involved vehicle is a white 2013 Honda Civic two-door coupe with Ontario licence plate CETC634. This vehicle and the suspect are still outstanding.

The suspect is described as a white male, 40 to 50 years old, wearing jeans.
The OPP are continuing to investigate and are seeking assistance from the public. If anyone has a dash-cam and was in the area or has any information regarding this incident, they are being asked to contact the Brant County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
