NORFOLK COUNTY—On Friday, September 25, 2020, at approximately 9:15 a.m., the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment received a report of a missing person from a County Road 19 West, Windham, Norfolk County address.
It was determined that a 73-year-old male was last seen at his residence at approximately 6:30 a.m., and has not been seen since. Family members contacted police and are concerned for his safety.
The police is seeking the public’s assistance with locating 73-year-old Jan Lazarski. He is described as white, 5’10, approximately 220 lbs. with blue eyes. He is believed to be wearing navy pants, a black winter jacket and black boots.
