Posted by The scene of a crash in Brantford that claimed the lives of two people has reopened.
The Brantford Police Service traffic unit is investigating the fatal motor vehicle collision at Shellard Lane and Conklin Road and is appealing for witnesses.
On Friday at approximately 5:30 p.m., police, firefighters and paramedics responded to a 911 call about the collision. A vehicle and a city bus had been involved in a collision. At the time of the investigation, two occupants of the motor vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene.
Brantford police tweeted Saturday morning that the roads are now open.
The traffic unit is continuing to investigate and asking anyone who may have witnessed or has any information relating to this investigation to contact Brantford Police at 519-756-7050.
