Posted by A woman is in hospital due to a stabbing on Monday morning after she was assaulted along with a man by three people.
On Monday, April 6, at approximately 5:30 a.m., Brantford Police Service responded to an assault in the area of Murray Street and Sarah Street where a male and a female were accosted by three unknown suspects.
The K-9 unit attended the scene to assist with the investigation.
As a result of the incident, a 29-year-old female victim was stabbed and sustained injuries that required hospital care. A 23-year-old male victim sustained minor injuries.
