Brantford Police Service is investigating after an armed robbery.
On Thursday, at approximately 7:40 p.m., police responded to a 911 call regarding a robbery at a business on King George Road.
Investigators learned three unknown males entered the store and forced two employees to turn over an unknown number of cellular devices. One of the suspects brandished a firearm during the incident. One of the employees was physically assaulted during the incident and sustained non-life threatening injuries. Customers who were in the store at the time were able to safely exit.
All three suspects are described as Black males ranging in height from 5’8” to 5’10”, wearing dark clothing and a hoodies or ski masks over their fasces. The used a dark coloured SUV .
The Brantford Police Service’s major crime unit is continuing to investigate this incident.
