Posted by The Brantford Police Service is investigating an attempted break-in by a man wielding a knife.
Someone reported the unknown male trying to break into a residence on Clarence Street early Friday morning.
An unknown male tried to open the front door at around 3 a.m.. The resident observed the male was holding what appeared to be a large kitchen knife in his hand. When the male was unable to open the door, he walked away and left the area.
The suspect male is described as a white male, 6’4” to 6’5” with a skinny build wearing shorts. The male was not wearing a shirt and was observed to have a tattoo on his back.
