Posted by The victim of a fatal shooting on Colborne Street Monday has been identified as a Hamilton man.
The victim, Coby Carter, 22, of Hamilton, Ontario was shot after 3 a.m. near Gilkison Street.
The Brantford Police Service believe that the homicide was a planned and deliberate act.
The white 2015 Toyota MTL sought by police has been located.
