Posted by Brantford Police Service released a statement saying it is currently involved in an ongoing investigation in the area of Market and Grey streets. At this time there is no threat to public safety.
The police request that motorists and pedestrians avoid the area if possible.
CHCH is reporting a distressed person who has been evicted is locked inside.
