Posted by Drivers in Brantford should avoid the intersection of Colborne Street and Clarence Street after a serious collision this morning.
Brantford police say two pedestrians were hit by a pickup truck at that corner at around 8:10 a.m.
The victims are both females of about 20 years old. They were sent by land ambulance to a Hamilton hospital with serious injuries. The driver was not injured.
Colborne Street is closed between Clarence and Alfred Street and will likely remain closed for several hours.
