The second man caught on camera who is suspected of shooting a man on Friday in Brantford has been identified.
Brantford police say the second suspect is Isaiah Castillo, 19. Castillo is described as 5-foot-9, 150 pounds, with black hair and a mustache. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with pink detail, a dark hoodie,
dark baseball hat, blue jeans, and black running shoes with white soles.
Castillo was identified based on surveillance camera footage taken at Maple Convenience, where a man was shot on Friday at around 1 p.m. at the corner of Colborne Street and Park Avenue.
The Brantford Police Service major crime unit continues to investigate the
shooting and to search for another suspect, Keyshawn Commissiong, 19, who is 5-foot-11, weighs 165 pounds, has black hair in dreadlocks and was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants with “Champion” in white lettering, and brown boots.
Anyone who has information about the suspects or who sees them is urged to contact police or 911. Do not approach the suspects as they may be in possession of a firearm.
