Brantford police released an official statement on Thursday night’s shooting incident.
On Feb. 21 at approximately 8:15 p.m., police say they were called to Scarfe Avenue and Grand River Avenue in relation to a shooting.
Officers found two males in their 20s who had sustained gunshot wounds. They were both treated in hospital. The condition of the two men is unknown, but their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. Investigators do not believe the shooting was a random incident. The criminal investigation section are continuing to investigate the incident.
