Update: Brantford Police Service have arrested and charged a man for pointing a toy gun at security cameras, buildings and a city employee downtown on Tuesday.
A 36-year-old Brantford man was identified as being the person responsible and has been charged with criminal harassment and breach of recognizance.

On Tuesday, Oct. 30, an unknown male was seen walking around businesses and buildings in the downtown area around 1 p.m. He was wearing a black trench coat and carried what appears to be a toy gun, similar to a Nerf gun. The male pointed the toy gun at security cameras and offices.
He is described as a white male, 5’10”, with a medium. He also wore a cowboy-style hat, black pants, black shoes, black sunglasses, and a red scarf over his face.
