The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police have charged a young man after he was caught impersonating a police officer.
On Oct. 29, a OPP officer came upon a broken–down vehicle on Highway 403 east and found a male wearing a uniform very similar to that of a police officer.
The OPP have charged a 19-year-old Brantford man with personating a police officer contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date to answer to the charge.
