Posted by A Brantford woman has passed away after a two-vehicle collision east of Sudbury.
On Saturday at 1:49 p.m., Sudbury officers of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a collision involving two passenger vehicles on Highway 17 in Markstay-Warren.
The collision occurred when an eastbound car crossed the centre line into the path of a westbound motor vehicle. Diane Windsor, a 58-year-old woman from Brantford, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The police investigation is ongoing.
