Driver severely injured in Brant County crash

The driver of a motorcycle involved in a collision with a car on Colborne Street West suffered life-threatening injuries.

County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police responded to the collision at the intersection of Forced Road west of Brantford at approximately 6:10 p.m. on Wednesday.

County of Brant firefighters and paramedics attended the scene of the collision to assist the OPP, treat the motorcycle driver and transport the driver to a hospital.

The driver of the car was treated and released at the scene with minor injuries.

The OPP technical traffic collision investigators were deployed to the scene to continue the investigation. The intersection remained closed until after 11 p.m.
