A Brant County man is one of two charged with possession of fentanyl after provincial police responded to a report of suspicious behaviour.
The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) of the Norfolk County detachment investigated an incident after being called to a Donly Drive North in Simcoe on Friday, Aug. 10 at 9:04 a.m.
Officers responded to a complaint by a resident of two suspicious males.
The men were found sitting in a vehicle in the driveway of a residence. They were arrested and placed in custody without incident.
Charged with two counts of possession of fentanyl, a powerful and potentially deadly painkiller, is a 46-year-old man from Norfolk County and a 43-year-old Brant County man.
Both are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe.
