A 30-year-old Brantford man faces child pornography charges.
The internet child exploitation unit of the Brantford Police Service investigated a male alleged to have engaged in an online conversation including explicit messages.
On Monday, July 9, 2018 at 5:50 p.m., officers attended the residence of the accused and arrested him without incident. The accused man, a 30-year-old Brantford resident, was charged with possessing child pornography and printing/publishing child pornography. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
Brantford Police Service say they will not be releasing his name.
