FOUND: Norfolk man reported missing during move north

UPDATE: Mr. Steinhoff has been found in Norfolk County, in good health.

South Bruce OPP are looking for a man reported missing in the middle of a move from Norfolk County.

On Thursday the OPP responded to a report about Bruce Steinhoff, 60, who was last seen at 9 p.m. the day before leaving an address in the 1200-block of Bruce County Road 17 in Arran Township.

Mr. Steinhoff is described as six feet tall, weighing 220 pounds, with an athletic build. He has grey, curly hair, some grey facial hair, hazel eyes and a ruddy complexion. He requires prescription glasses. He drives a rented white Ford cargo van with the licence plate AN46806

He is completing a move from Port Ryerse in Norfolk County to an address in Arran Township.

Police want to locate him to ensure he is safe.

The South Bruce OPP is requesting anyone with information that can assist police to call 1-888-310-1122. To remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or submit a tip at www.cstip.ca, where you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
