Police are looking for a man believed to have fired a gun at a Terrace Hill Street building early Tuesday morning.
On May 29 at 6:32 a.m., Brantford Police Service patrol Officers responded to a location on Terrace Hill Street after reports of gun shots. Officers noticed bullet holes in the building and called in the emergency response team along with a K9 team. Forensic identification officers gathered evidence from the scene.
Witnesses reported no injuries. Officers learned a male suspect was seen running west up Terrace Hill Street. The suspect is described as having a thin build and wearing a grey or black hoodie.
Investigators say it is unknown if the building was targeted. The BPS major crime unit is asking for the public’s assistance.
