A 55-year-old Brantford man has died after a collision in Hagersville.
On Saturday shortly after 11:30 a.m., Haldimand County OPP investigated a three-vehicle collision on King Street East (Highway 3).
A police officer who arrived at the scene early attempted to resuscitate an unresponsive driver noticed by a witness.
Paramedics arrived to treat the driver and take him to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
The name of the deceased 55-year-old male from Brantford is not being released out of respect for the family.
Haldimand County paramedics also treated two occupants in the second vehicle. They were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Investigators determined the driver of a vehicle travelling west on King Street East went into medical distress and collided with another vehicle also travelling west. The chain reaction caused the second vehicle to collide with a third vehicle.
