Posted by The victim of a fatal collision on Monday morning east of Paris Road has been identified by the Brant OPP.
The driver of an SUV, who was pronounced deceased at the scene on Governors Road, has been identified as 41-year-old David Brent Sayles of the County of Brant.
Brant OPP officers responded to a collision with a tractor trailer at approximately 1:20 a.m.
The driver of the tractor trailer was not injured.
OPP collision investigators were called in to determine what caused the crash. The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
Governors Road between Paris Road and Kitchen School Road in the County of Brant has been re-opened.
