Posted by County of Brant OPP is investigating a deadly collision on Governors Road east of Paris Road.
At approximately 1:20 a.m. on Monday, May 7, officers, firefighters and paramedics responded to a collision between a car and tractor trailer between Kitchen School Road and Paris Road
The sole occupant of the car was pronounced dead at the scene. The name of the driver cannot be released pending notification of next of kin. The driver of the tractor trailer was not injured.
OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators (TTCI) were deployed to the scene to assist with the investigation. The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
Governors Road between Paris Road and Kitchen School Road has re-opened.
