The County of Brant fire department, ambulance service and OPP are back to collect food and new, unwrapped toys for local Christmas hamper programs starting on Saturday.
Police officers, firefighters and paramedics will be out collecting food and new toys on:
• Saturday, Dec. 2, and 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Nick’s NoFrills in Paris, Dundas St. E., Sobeys in Paris, 300 Grand River St. N. and the Foodland stores in Burford and St. George.
• Sunday, Dec. 3, and Sunday, Dec. 10, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Paris NoFrills and Paris Sobeys and Foodland in Burford and St George.
Emergency responders will also be collecting food and new toys at the St. George Santa Claus parade on Saturday, Dec. 2 and the Paris Santa Claus parade on Saturday, Dec 9, when the Paris Community Policing Committee will be collecting donations as well.
